Hampton Inn Tulsa Sand Springs

Staff are very nice and courteous, room is clean and comfortable. Food options within a 15-20 minute drive.

Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at check in. We waited a bit and someone came to help check us in. We were on the 2nd floor and the elevator wasn’t working due to a lightening strike. That was fine and we found our room using the back stairs. Our door wasn’t latched and we entered. That was strange. There was mold in the bathroom and debris in the ice bucket. There was also hair in the shower and on the toilet. The breakfast was lacking, plastic wrapped fruit and bagels and there was no coffee. They had cups and stirrers but no coffee. Upon checkout I told the clerk at the desk about the mold, as that is a big problem. He didn’t appear sorry or surprised. There are big issues with cleanliness here. I don’t recommend staying at this particular Hampton Inn

I expected Hampton Inn quality. Turns out it's privately owned. (Not on app. Sign at check-in) It definitely needs some care and upkeep. Rooms smell musty. Pool room was dank. Breakfast was good. Everything worked, except elevator. Not what I paid for, though.

Elevator broke had to haul stuff up stairs

Not impressive for a Hampton Inn! Will avoid this location in the future Bathroom is my major complaint. Hair from previous guests left in bathtub in copious amounts. Sink takes at least 45 sec to drain! Common areas are dirty! A disgrace!

We were On 3rd floor, elevator was out which we understood but we had one person that had hip surgery a few months ago and one who had knee surgery a few weeks ago, so made our stay much harder. Water was Luke warm at best. Air conditioner worked but not nearly as cool as our home units. Associates were all very nice and we did appreciate that a lot. We rented 2 rooms at the same time and were given 310 and 318 so more walking since the rooms weren't together. We always stay at Hampton when possible although we don’t travel a lot. This one was a disappointment.

We love staying at Hampton inn but this time elevator not working and we had quite a bit of luggage as we were in road trip. Breakfast good but not like before.

The toilet didn’t work when we got there, and you could tell the cover on the toilet had been tampered with, so someone must’ve known it wasn’t working properly. In addition, the water valve thing to the toilet was shut off when we got there, which is more evidence that it was known that the toilet was broken. When the water valve was turned back on by the hotel lady, who was nice, the toilet would start randomly running very loudly every few seconds, so we shut it back off to keep from waking everyone up. Some of the towels were stained, and there were dead bugs in the floor. However, the lady at the front desk was nice, as stated earlier.

I’m a handicap person and the elevators did not work, I had asked for a main floor room ad to walk up a flight of stairs. The ice machine was not working on the main floor. When leaving needed to walk upstairs to get ice. Breakfast was great.
