"I didn’t get what I paid for."

Nice staff and good parking.

NOT PET FRIENDLY & WONT STAY THERE AGAIN It amazes me that when you travel with a dog You get the worst rooms but pay the most money. You are just tolerated. Had to be moved due to children running in the room above us. I specifically asked not to placed around children. The area dogs were to go was covered in dog pooped that was never cleaned up. Stained up bath towels. ONE lamp was loose and had to jiggle to work. The bath water only got warm not hot. The floor and bath barely clean. THE MATTRESS was hard and uncomfortable. . Wifi sucked. The breakfast was cold even under lamps. They ran out of food and it was not replenished. The menu was the same everyday except the meat of the day. We only ate there twice. It was not the hotel experience I expected to have and if I can’t have the same expectations as non pet owners why bother accepting pets.

"Waaay overpriced"

My experience with this hotel has solidified my decision to never stay at a Hampton Inn ever again. The room was way overpriced considering what was offered - or, really not offered. First, the door wouldn't latch unless I leaned into it like a football player. Got in the room... Dirty carpets, no clock in the room, no complementary water bottles (all other hotel do), the TV was dinky (32" ?) and the remote batteries were dying, bathroom was full of mold (ceiling, walls, tub), sheets were worn with small holes in them, no real place to charge my phone. When I checked out the staff was about as friendly as Bigfoot. All this for $140 per night... NEVER AGAIN!

"Outstanding Place and Staff !"

I saw some complaints on this place on here and am now not sure why… the place and staff are amazing. It’s good value for money (esp this close to the city) and is clean, quiet, comfortable, newly remodeled I am guessing, and offers great hospitality. The staff was amazing and Casey at the front desk was there both at evening shift and the next morning— great face for the company and I felt I had known her always. Breakfast was way above the average too. There was a sweet lady serving breakfast offering fresh bacon table to table so she gets honorable mention too! Very honorable!! I travel all over and this place is tops! Thank you!! Well done!
