Primm Valley Resort & Casino

This room had dirty linen on the bed, I didn’t feel comfortable using blankets or pillows. I used my own sheet and blanket. I had paid for upgraded room and was originally given a room that was far. I was told by the check in person it’s first come first serve! That I should have arrived earlier to be assigned a closer room. Which I told him website didn’t state that. Ended up in an old room with a single bed, with handicap shower head…my view was a brick wall!

Its was better than I expected but not great. Not much choice for food. The gaming floor has all new machines. The bar closed at Midnight. House keeping was knocking on our door at 8am asking if we were leaving that day. Don't they communicate with the front desk about those things? There was no "Do not disturb" sign for me to hang out. Stateline was fun in the 90s with all 3 properties. Sad now.

First and foremost is that this place is dirty. The walls and ceiling are paper thin so you can you hear neighbors talking and people walking around above you. We went to eat at a diner located in the resort and waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking our order. I stopped a waiter and he said where we were sitting wasn't his area but he went and talked to our waiter and came back and told us he would be right with us. We waited about three minutes more but the waiter still didn't come, so we left.

Extremely Understaffed

The A/C unit makes a terrible noise every time ot comes on, the room smells like cigarette smoke.. not impressed.

It was dirty. The tub had 4 roaches and tub was clogged!

I’m glad this one still open!

Gym is terrible, two dumbbells, broken bicycle, no pool open. I’ve been here two weeks and pool was open once, or closed early every time. Go elsewhere

Nice price, more to the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; however, only half of the lights in the room worked and one of the towels had black stains all over it that looked like hair dye.
