SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

I wanted to provide a 5 Star review for this property. However, with no swimming pool or hot tub, I couldn't quite justify that rating. That being said, a very strong 4 Star rating is well deserved. It is imperative that I start with the staff. The two ladies working the front desk were exceptional! Wilsmarie and Gabby had terrific personalities and would make any guest feel welcomed. They were a joy to interact with. The room itself was large and comfortable. Parts of it were a bit dated. But, everything was very clean and was in working condition. The bed was very comfortable and offered a nice view of the TV via its swivel stand base. The breakfast was really extensive and tasty for a complimentary meal. The property itself is well lit, offers plenty of parking and is in a safe area.

Thank you for such a great stay. I stayed 4 nights. Breakfast had a good variety and was tasty. Room was spacious. Had plenty of towels. They were so accomodating to allow me to check in early. My smoke alarm went off unexpectedly but the young man took care of it and was very nice. If I come to this area again would stay again.

The location was superb. Easy access to the turnpike to get around. The staff was great. Some hotels won’t even make change for the washing machine. These folks were ready. The breakfast team was friendly and helpful. Everything was easy. Exchange towels, get more soap or TP, coffee cups. Large room. Super comfortable.

Last minute, late night arrival after a flight was cancelled. Arrived after checking in and immediately out of a disgusting hotel at the airport. Worth the 30 min drive from PHL to stay somewhere clean, comfy, and with kind & caring staff. Much needed comfort and relief after a very long & frustrating day.

The breakfast was good and the room was generally clean.

The shower curtain had black mould which i reported. I was told it was cleaned but it was not. The receptionist was assuring but there was no follow through to make this happen. The floor towels after shower were not being replaced collected so that they are washed and dried.
