Fantastisch ontbijt en hotel op loopafstand van centrum

Einchecken war tatsächlich erst ab 15 Uhr möglich, also so, wie es in den Bedingungen steht. Das Premiumzimmer hat sich wirklich ausgezahlt-Schlafzimmer vom Aufenthaltsraum getrennt. Zwei ca. 55 Zoll große Fernseher (ohne AirDrop)und zwei Bäder inklusive. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet relativ leise. Im Parkhaus sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden-Kosten aber um die 30 Euro pro Tag. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung aber nicht atemberaubend.

今回、6泊しましたが、毎日朝食がとても楽しみでした。オーダーしてから作ってくれるオムレツは絶品です。新鮮なサーモン、種類の多いパン、フレッシュジュースなど。スタッフの皆さんもとてもフレンドリーで、またヘルシンキを訪問する際は、このホテルに泊まりたいです。ご親切に感謝します。 We stayed here for 6 nights, and looking forward to breakfast was the highlight of every morning. The made-to-order omelets were absolutely exquisite! They also had fresh salmon, a great variety of bread, fresh juices, and more. The staff were all so friendly, and I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again when I visit Helsinki. Thank you so much for your kindness!

車イスを利用しての宿泊でしたが、事前にアクセシブルルームをリザーブしてもらい、安心して宿泊できました。正面玄関には階段がありますが、段差解消用のリフトが設置されており、セルフで自由に使えるので不自由はありませんでした。スタッフの方はどなたもフレンドリーで親切にしていただき、ヘルシンキの滞在がとても良いものになりました。

トラムの駅からも近く便利なロケーションで中央駅からもトラムで10分いない。朝食がとても美味しかったです。客室も清潔で快適、またヘルシンキを訪問する際は宿泊します。スタッフの皆さんが親切で、良い滞在になりました。 Great location near a tram stop, and it takes less than 10 minutes from the Central Station by tram. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The guest room was clean and comfortable, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Helsinki. The staff were all so kind and made my stay wonderful.

エコシステムにより、リクエストをしない限り客室の清掃がありません。タオルの交換を依頼していましたが、ハウスキーピングへの連絡が伝わっておらず、タオルが交換されていない日が何日かありました。フロントに声をかけて、手渡ししてもらうか、ハウスキーピングスタッフを見かけたら、直接受け取るのが安心です。 Due to their eco-friendly policy, room cleaning is not provided unless requested. I had asked for fresh towels, but the request wasn't passed on to housekeeping, so there were a few days when they weren't replaced. It is safer to either ask at the front desk and get them handed to you directly, or grab them straight from the housekeeping staff if you see them around.

(1) Location. Near restaurants and the main tourist center of Helsinki is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. (2) Room was quite comfortable. It was clean and is of good size. The view from our room was quite nice also. (3) Breakfast is excellent. A lot of choices and the salmon was just perfect.

(1) Although the breakfast was quite nice, I could not say the same with one of the cooks. During one of our breakfast, one of their cooks (Asian) refused to prepare a second omelet for me and my wife saying that only "one omelet per plate is allowed". Interestingly, though, the day previous to this one, the one in charge of preparing the omelet graciously gave us two omelets on a single plate. Talk about consistency. (2) I also noticed how the staff in charge of cleaning up the tables during breakfast service is doing their job. Frankly speaking, I could do their job better. A little attention to details would be advised. (3) There was also this incident of one of the housekeepers mistakenly taking one of spoon while cleaning our room. We bought a couple of spoons, forks, and chopsticks with us during our stay. We left one of our spoon. at the tea and coffee area when we went to see some of the sights of the city. Apparently, the one in charge of cleaning our room "assumed" that the spoon she saw in our room belonged to the hotel and we took it without permission. To put it plainly, he or she assumed that we "stole" the spoon from their restaurant. Being a traveler for more than a decade this is the first time it happened to us and frankly, I personally felt offended being suspected of "illegally" taking something from their restaurant Although the spoon was eventually returned to us (after a few visits to the reception), what happened already happened and sometimes cannot be mended that easily.
