"The AmericInn provides a comfortable, convenient stay at a great value."

Chris, who checked me in, was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The wifi was easy to connect to and very fast for a hotel service. There were ample outlets in the room for all of our electronics, and plenty of lamps throughout the room for whatever we needed. Coffee at breakfast was hot and always filled. The lobby seating area was very cozy and comfortable, and the decor felt warm and tasteful. The location is very convenient to Meijer and other shopping for travel needs.

The refrigerator wasn't plugged in when I got there and it had that 'closed fridge' odor. One of the outlets in the lamp on the desk had a plug prong broken off in one of the sockets. The decorative throws at the end of the bed had spots. Complimentary breakfast didn't have a lot of hot options or fruit. There wasn't a safe in the room.

"It’s ok but for 90$ for one night I expect better"

The lobby was very welcoming

Needs updated, bathtub was black, light fixtures were loose and looked burnt, breakfast was cold!!!! Started at 6 got there at 630 coffee was cold, toaster didn’t work due to the something with the outlet, juice machine didn’t work. Staff didn’t speak English, which I don’t mind you knowing other languages but when checking out I need to know everything is taken care of and if you look confused/can’t say thank you/goodbye is not good.
