Newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. Great location and great views (stayed in city view room) The observatory is a nice added touch. I prefer a quiet small hotel and this was perfect. The price was comparable and reasonable. Linen service was provided on request, thank you. Coffee in room was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. I don’t say this much about hotels, but I’d definitely stay here again!

Expecting a King size bed but was more like a queen size, but the comfort and cleanliness outways that. Cost of parking could have been lower for guests.

We loved everything about this hotel. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful. We did valet parking. They were wonderful. Gave us places that we could get coffee, best place to get a good steak, etc

Definitely the view. Just fantastic, direct view to the falls. Nice coffee machine. Loved my morning coffee watching the falls.

Well, we think there were bed bugs on the bed as my wife had a few bites in the morning after our first night. Also, not much space where to put your clothes. One of the drawers had all the space used up by the safe.
