Great staff, good views from the observation floor. Neat having IHOP in the hotel with a view as well. They kindly gave me coupons when I checked in (although I was traveling solo, so I didn't make use of them, since they were mostly bogo deals).

When I booked this hotel, there weren't any rooms with a view of the falls, so my view was of the city. I think I'd only recommend staying here if you are able to get a falls view, just since the location is farther from town and the other stops. At least it was a quieter part of town and it is close to the tram. Really the only thing I didn't enjoy about this hotel, were the sheets and towels weren't soft. If they invested in softer linens, it would really have elevated the stay to make it feel more luxurious.

カナダ滝とアメリカ滝の両方が見えるフォールズビューの部屋に泊まったが、部屋に入ってカーテンを開けた時の絶景の素晴らしさに思わず「ウワー！」と声が出た。毎夜の花火もしっかり見えた。一生忘れられないほどの素晴らしい景色を24時間堪能できる贅沢は、お値段以上だった。小規模ホテルのせいか、チェックインチェックアウトがとてもスムーズ。設備最小限のホテルなので売店は無いが、隣のハイアットリージェンシーのロビー階に売店があり、飲み物やスナック類が充実していてすぐに行けるので特に不便は感じなかった。内装や水回りはリノベーションされており、とても綺麗で清掃も行き届いていた。ベッドの寝心地もとても良かった。とにかく最高の思い出になりました。

建物が古いせいかエアコンの調節が難しく、こまめな温度調節が必要だった。エレベーターが３基あるが、建物の構造のせいかそれぞれのエレベーターがバラバラにロビーに位置しているので少し戸惑った。チェックイン16時というのはちょっと遅すぎる（ロビーは広々しているのでそこで待てます）。ホテル敷地内に駐車場が無く、駐車がわかりにくい（おそらくですが、安い方から近隣の一日10ドルという駐車場に飛び込みで駐車→ホテルエントランスの駐車スタッフに契約駐車場を教えてもらってそこに駐車→ナイアガラパークHPから予約するパークの駐車場を利用（私は３日連続チケットを買いましたが遠いし割高だと感じた）→エントランスの駐車スタッフにバレットパーキングを依頼）。色々書きましたが、部屋からの景色の素晴らしさで帳消しです。
