Hôtel dont la climatisation ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs jours mais rien n'est indiqué à la réservation. On nous ment en disant que cela fait quelques heures que cela ne fonctionne plus alors qu'une cliente arrive et fait savoir son mécontentement car déjà la veille au soir il n' y avait pas de climatisation et que personne ne lui a dit lors de son Check in....

Le calme et l amabilité du jeune homme à la réception malgré une situation extrêmement désagréable liée à une climatisation en panne en pleine canicule

Panne de climatisation en pleine canicule. Chaleur insupportable dans la chambre alors que j avais réservé exprès une chambre climatisée pour pouvoir passer une nuit correcte au frais

L'hôtesse qui m'a accueilli était sympathique.

Du à la canicule et habitant a proximité j'ai pris une chambre pour pouvoir bénéficier de la clim et bien dormir. Clim casy inexistante !!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and hard working on an exceptionally hot day. The beds are excellent.

The term restaurant is way beyond what is offered. More like a fast food place with a very limited menu. The parking was hard to find and no instructions given beforehand. No signposting from the parking garage to tho hotel. Due to longterm roadworks it was hard to reach the hotel and it would be good to offer directions beforehand.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel, la propreté de la chambre.

La faible climatisation et surtout la couette sur le lit inadaptée en plein été, le petit déjeuner méritant d'être plus varié.
