We really loved the location – it was peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect base for exploring Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning, full of charm and history. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The entire property is very well maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the relaxing atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room did not work properly. I reported the issue after the first night. At first, it seemed to be fixed, but during the following two nights the air conditioning still wasn't cooling the room, making it very hot and uncomfortable. A staff member came to check it and assured us that everything was working correctly, but the problem remained. On the second evening, we were given a fan, but it only circulated the hot air in the room and did not solve the issue. In addition, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was extremely weak and practically unusable. If these two issues were resolved, our stay would have been excellent.

The location and building are very impressive 🤩

The air conditioner is not working. We were booking suite. Was thereble. The WiFi is working only in the lobby. And the suit was very dirty.
