Advertised pool and fitness center. Pool is unusable and there is no gym. The fitness center is why I booked the reservation. So frustrating.

The staff was amazing and kind. They made me feel safe and welcomed. Stayed the first week for work and stayed again when I returned the following week

This hotel is clean but upkeep not so much and it reeked of cigarette smoke. Also the breakfast area had nothing working and you could never find anyone working at the front desk.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything happening around you. I was woke up at 5:30 because my neighbors phone was vibrating and I could hear it through the wall with the tv on!! So rest is out of the question and the bed was too hard to sleep comfortably.

Staff was nice that's it

Everything Beds were hard bathroom was not clean found many dirty areas including someone's hair. Noisy smelled pot outside are dirty People banging above us all hours Breakfast was nasty
