Lots of room. There was a smell but not so bad that it was overwhelming. Was disappointed that breakfast closed before it was supposed to.

The only thing I didn't like was a lack of cocoa mix at the breakfast buffet, otherwise the breakfast selection was great. Fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, sausage,and pastries of all kinds. They probably had some other things to that I didn't pay attention to. The property looked as though it had been newly renovated and painted. The staff was very friendly and , quick to respond to customers.

"We were able to get the rest in a nice room can’t say much for all the other amenities"

Our room was clean and for all intent purposes met our needs to sleep over for the night

Outside of the room, much of the facility was un cared for. The carpet, especially on the first floor were worn and torn, the elevator was hideous the grounds unkept the meal during breakfast was subpar.

An outside trash can would be nice. It's awesome that we can bring our pets and I cleaned up after mine but there was no trash to put the poop bags in - I don't want to bring them inside and had to leave them in my car.

"Great value, little worn"

The hotel was a great value for the price. It could use some minor cosmetic repairs but was clean and staff was friendly (although not professionally dressed or in any kind of uniform). We stay at this location whenever we are in Kingsport and I would certainly recommend it.

"Checked in and got to the room immediately noticed the stains on the bed ,the hair in the shower,the trash all underneat"
