Please note, all requests for extra beds and/or cribs have to be submitted to the property and will be under approval. According to the Brazilian Federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. Photo ID is required at check in. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of R$ 99 per stay. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less. Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property. Please note that pets are not permitted in the coverage and inside the restaurant of the property. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations, and a vaccinations card updated will be needed.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
