"Mixed experience"

Breakfast was nice. Pool was Popular. Start/timer button hot tub spa was not working.

There was a bike ride on Macadam on morning we departed, it took more than an 1/2 hour to be able to access the exit road. Would have been nice if there was a sign in lobby warning guests of possible delays.

Really clean with friendly staff. Pool area was really loud with machinery echos, but pool was clean and well maintained. Parking was $39 a night and a little tight to get into. Large vehicles might have trouble. Breakfast was only fair so after two days we decided to go out to breakfast.

All the staff was VERY friendly, courteous & responsive. Really appreciate that! Another guest brought their dog & immediately left it alone in their room next door. The poor thing just kept barking. Staff tried to contact them, to no avail. As soon as I requested a different room, she immediately handed me a door key on a non-pet floor. Staff also had maintenance clear the bathroom sink & shower drains upon request. The breakfast offering was mighty impressive - SO many choices & plenty to go around! Great access to OMSI, which was our reason for visiting with our grandson. A dip in the pool & hot tub, nice view of the promenade across the street and a peek-a-boo view of the river, too! Overall, a very pleasant stay!

The Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to important places. Breakfast was great, just what you need to keep on your day.

Welcoming staff was not overly welcoming although the morning lady was nice Breakfast was sufficient Bed was comfortable

Couch was missing cusions, toilet was leaking, floor and toe-kicks were not in good conditions
