Comfort Inn Nashville West

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

I can’t imagine staying for the breakfast with the way the place looked and smelled .

We got there around 945 on a Friday evening. The male checking us in was not very friendly . We took the elevator up to the 2nd floor. The elevator was very slow and once we all got in and it started going up, it sounded like it was not going to make it. It finally opened up and we walked down an outdated , unlit hallway to our room. Opened the door and the first light wouldn’t work and the smell of mold just hit us. Walked in a little further and found a light finally (kind of wish I hadn’t) where we seen several boogers on the wall. A very unclean and old bathroom. The bed was hard as a rock. When you looked out the window there was several homeless people and very suspicious looking people wandering the parking lot. Very uneasy feeling. I had my 3 kids with me. They instantly started sneezing and telling me how uncomfortable they felt. It was not worth that kind of stress on us so we left within an hour of being there.

The staff allowed us to check in early and honored our request for rooms close to each other.

The floor of the room felt grimy and the beds had queen-sized platforms but double mattresses, which meant we kept hitting our legs on the platform edges as we walked around the room. We’d just stayed at a Comfort Inn in Chattanooga and the Nashville one was much more rundown.
