An airport shuttle service is available upon request, free of charge. The up-to-date timetable is in the showcase located at the Hotel Shuttle Stop (A9-13) outside of Schiphol Plaza. If the room size allows, children under 12 years old can stay free of charge. This applies to a maximum of one child. Please note that extra beds are not available in the triple room. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that dogs and cats are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25 kg. De wellness, verouderd zwembad, niet echt warm water in jacuzzi, de vloeren waren niet popper, haren op vloer en vuil. Alles was niet echt proper, geen aanrader !

"A very nice hotel spoiled by noise."

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the spa, pool and sauna facilities were great.

Unfortunately, the fan in the bathroom which is required for ventilation and circulation was very noisy even when the bathroom door was closed. The hotel was noisy. Although the windows are double glazed the plane noise is still very loud and the room doors, which are self closing, slam when they shut and the slamming starts around 4:30 - 5:00 am.
