The Manager of the reception and restaurant was very friendly and helpful as were our serving staff. The room was a good size, everything was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. We had our dogs with us and they were made to feel welcome and we were advised where we could sit with them in the restaurant. Receptionsst on check out was friendly.

We had an issue with an overcharge on the restaurant bill, realising when we asked for an itemised receipt. I approached the receptionist and was repeatedly addressed as 'Lady' and told the mistake was mine as I should have said something sooner and she'd now have to refund money on our card which wasn't easy'. I hope that the 'lady' reference was more a mistake in translation. The other receptionist appeared to speak with the Manager and he came and took over, said it was entirely their error and was very apologetic which we appreciated.

It was as described. We took our pet and paid an extra €15 per night but they didn't supply anything for that, like some hotels do.

The breakfast food had hardly anything left, there was no full fat milk only semi-skimmed, and the orange juice was some type of factory concentrate not fresh juice. The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant, but it's actually just a limited offering of pre-prepared food that they heat up behind the bar, and their canalloni tastes disgusting, however the ham sandwich with salad was better. I guess the reason why there was no room mini fridge is because it's only a 2 star hotel. And don't expect more than 2 tiny towels which are totally inadequate to use after a shower, which incidently had a head height body cream dispenser supplied, and was very difficult to reach up and use.

El trato amable del personal. El hotel está bastante bien y, aunque la habitación no era demasiado grande, tenía lo imprescindible. La cama era cómoda. El desayuno es tipo buffet y no está mal. Variedades de pan, huevos, queso, jamón dulce y serrano, café, tés, cacao, yogures, fruta....

La situación del hotel, entre una gasolinera y lo que parece ser un centro de logística para grandes camiones.

Principalme la atención improcedente de la señora de recepción, aparte las habitaciones de gotele de los 70 repintadas

The hotel is a convenient stopping off point when transmitting from Spanish ports to Portugal. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and really hard working

Breakfast was underwhelming. Limited choice.

Schoon, vriendelijk, hond welkom. Erg lekker tapbier aan de bar!

Erg koud en harde muziek in het restaurant. Parkeren is een uitdaging: lastig want krap en plantenbakken staan in de weg.
