Room was very dirty. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Wasn’t beach front as described. There is a busy parking lot between the hotel and beach.

Good location

Not clean no outlet covers (we have children ) water pressure was terrible

For this hotel to be named after the Island, I expected more

Meh I'm gonna say that this is not only indicative of this particular property, but the entire tybee island in general Savannah is revered for hospitality and 'vibe' So we figured that the beach of savannah would be cool No!!!! Dive bars Run down establishments Now for the particular hotel Unbelievably Got here at 1 pm they wanted to charge $35 additional for early check-in Which is unconscionable I've never heard of this The place itself is minimally passable has no redeeming qualities and relatively expensive. Yes, the beach is here. The sunset is. here, but you have to pay dearly for everything else so they can treat you like garbage. Go to hilton head or amelia island!!!

During my stay at your hotel, I injured my leg on a protruding metal part of the bed frame in my room. I reported the incident to the hotel manager during my stay. Unfortunately, despite the report, the issue was completely ignored, the damaged element was not repaired, I received no follow-up communication, and no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. I also reminded the staff about the matter once again, but no action was taken. I find this situation unacceptable, especially as it concerns the safety of hotel guests. I would therefore expect an explanation as well as appropriate compensation for the incident and the way the matter was handled.

The cleanliness for sure definitely needs updating and the loud obnoxious people yelling and screaming in the hallway
