I liked the location

Housekeeping. Asked them to take dirty towels four times and they didn’t. Three times they barged into our room while we were changing our clothes.

The hotel was a perfect location with a shuttle down to Broadway. They are somewhat under construction and remodeling however it was still comfortable.

Breakfast was super, morning breakfast staff were hard working and friendly. Desk staff were "okay." We found the sofa bed filthy, reported it, housekeeping agreed, and obtained new rooms immediately!! Their housekeeping rep was friendly and professional!

Our original was not clean (sofa bed), and one of the bathrooms had black mold on the ceiling and walls of the shower . Our reassigned room was clean and pleasant!
