"Nice little suite with excellent location"

Location, it was right off the 87 and close to many restaurants and stores. The kitchen and kitchen supplies allowed for me to cook many nice meals. As well as it was great having a fitness center and laundry room on the property.

The heating and AC system was a little difficult to regulate. It is suppossed to know when you are in the room and when you leave the room. The problem was, if you are in the room and still for more than 30 minutes it resets to the preset temperature. It can be a little bit noisy, you can hear the Metro North and the refrigerator in the suite. Yet it is nothing that a good pair of ear plugs can't fix.

"Very disappointed in my stay!"

Location is good

When I arrived for check-in at 2:50, the room was not ready! I have stayed at this location several times and the room has always been available by 2:30. I was told it would be a 30-45 minute wait! The room was ready by 3:25. When I entered the room, the refrigerator was not working! I notified the front desk who had maintenance come. Apparently, the cleaning staff neglected to turn it back on! The TV on the bedroom was not working..Maintenance said this was because they were about to change providers. This made NO sense, but whatever! My experiences keep getting worse! This will be my last time staying at Sonesta Suites!
