Paid here at Orbitz for my reservation, was charged an extra $104.53 when I used my card for incidentals. It was supposed to be the $50 holding but I was charged the price to stay there. So I was charged twice for the room and now getting the run around when calling the hotel to find out why I was charged. They even gave me someone’s cellphone number to call???

Very clean and organized. Breakfast was good.

Hotel was amazing. Staff was not properly trained on the computer system and my card was declined several times. When my card finally went through I get a call at checkout stating my card didn’t go through. I would not be able to stay if my card didn’t go through.

Staff are friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms could use updating and repair as elevator walls were chipping, bathroom had wall damage and the room lighting was substandard unless you like being in the dark/ dim. There was lamps, but given the rooms generous size the lighting was not nearly enough.
