The price and the staff's willingness to put us on the ground floor when we let them know that we had difficulties with stairs.

no ice...I think someone had just emptied the ice machine in their cooler.

The staff was nice.

Very cozy, wonderful front desk staff as always.

A little dated. No elevator.

Friendly staff

Too noisy, right on a highway, lots of semi truck traffic. Not well insulated between rooms, was able to hear clearly, conversations on the other side of the walls. Breakfast offerings minimal.

Rooms were clean.

Hotel was old and poorly designed, terrible layout.
