Days Inn by Wyndham Childress

Hotel was good, easy access, staff great, light breakfast.

The room seemed renovated, although with very hard surfaces and very bright lights (all ceiling lights, no lamps). But bed was comfortable and there was good shower pressure and everything seemed clean.

Nice clean hotel. Felt safe. Perfect stop on the way to Houston

Very surprised. The nicest hotel we stayed at on our trip.

Quality of towels, door extra security lock was broken, shower leaked water. Pool area, was too hot

The room decor was minimalistic but actually nice. Hard floors rather than rugs…we liked that. Excellent lighting…a real plus for us. I would recommend additional towel rods…not hooks. The open shower is a nice concept but doesn’t work well in the real world. It is impossible to take a shower without getting the bathroom floor soaked. All said, the pluses outweighed the negatives.
