Villa Casagrande Resort e SPA

The territory is beautiful, feeling like in an old town courtyard.

There are no pool towels, caps, or robes included in the room price. While many other hotels and villas provide these free of charge, this hotel has "SPA" in its name, yet there is no real spa experience or atmosphere. The parking area is shared with restaurant guests and other visitors, so if you arrive later in the evening, you will most likely struggle to find a space. The staff may suggest parking on a nearby street instead. The parking is not secured or restricted, and for the price charged by this hotel, it is disappointing not to have a guaranteed parking space. I believe there are better options available in the area for the same or even a lower price. Overall, the hotel is overpriced and does not offer good value for money. They did not even provide complimentary bottled water, nor was there a mini fridge or kettle in the room. We booked a Deluxe Room, but there was nothing particularly deluxe about it.

Our family of seven very much enjoyed each minute of our one night stay! Three of our rooms were next to each other and had adjoining outdoor terraces which was perfect for our group. The staff helped us with wine upon our arrival! The rooms and the gardens are beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The entire staff was outstanding. The reception staff, wait staff and cleaning staff- all were very kind and professional. Staying in this historical villa was truly the perfect way to start our trip to the Tuscany region!

Such a romantic place to stay. The room was beautiful and the grounds were stunning. We did the wine tour and it was so informative on the history of the villa and the wine was delicious. Thank you for the incredible hospitality.

Prachtig hotel, zeer attent en vriendelijke personeel. Ook loopafstand van het hotel is het trein station. Trein verbindingen naar Arezzo, Firence en Siena heel gemakkelijk te doen.
