It was clean, looks nice, and the staff are friendly

The bed is rock hard, there’s no microwave in a $170/night room, there’s water damage in the ceiling above the window, and the a/c didn’t seem to do anything. it was set to 74F when we walked in, we turned it down to 66F and it never changed. The pillows, while quite large also just collapse into nothing so you end up having to fold them in half to get any kind of head support. The wifi is also very slow and didn’t let our iphones connect or the xbox i bring on trips for tv. Also, the breakfast sucks. At this price point you would expect a complementary continental breakfast, but instead you pay $13.95 per person for the worst continental breakfast i’ve ever had, which is saying something because i travelled for work for 2 years and stayed at some really cheap hotels. From the eggs sitting in a puddle of their own juices because the hot pot can’t vent off the steam to the turkey sausage being more dry than the sahara desert to not even having a waffle or pancake option, i genuinely wouldn’t have eaten here even if it was free

Staff were very helpful getting us a very early check in after getting in on a red eye and needing a nap badly. They also helped us when we got back a little after normal checkout time to get the last of our things

Your front desk clerk turned my wife's request for the location of ice into misdirection that ran my wife in circles. After several attempts, the front desk clerk finally walked us to the first floor and walked to a door where the ice was located after showing her the first floor previouly without pointed out that location. She visited several floors to solve a simple problem. She was worn down chasing ice. 2) I went out to an all day event and my wife stayed in the room until 11 am. We received a knock on the door my maid service to at 8:30 am. My wife told them she would leave at 11 am. We returned that night and room was not made up. Asked front desk to provide towels and toilet paper. I had to go down to pick them up and your polite front desk clerk had to pick them up herself. The hotel rooms and facilities are beat up and worn despite being advertised as renovated. The hotel is under staffed. Stayed a few years ago and the hotel has deterioted and is poorly managed.
