Der Preis, die Ausstattung und die Lage

Leider wurde uns das Zimmer 202 zugeheilt was direkt am Fahrstuhl liegt. Es hat regelmässig ziemlich laute Geräusche gegeben, was den Schlaf beeinträchtig hat. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen können, hies es nur "Nein, wir sind ausgebucht". Darauf hin verlangte ich einen Preisnachlass, welcher nicht erwiedert wurde. Ich frage, ob es irgeneinen Kundenservice in so einem Falle gebe, was wiederum verneint wurde. Leider nicht akzeptabel für uns. WIr kommen nicht wieder, weil wir uns als Gast nicht wargenommen fühlen.

Proche de la gare.

Quartier mal fréquenté ( toxicomans dans les rues autour de l'hôtel ) , quartier sale, rue en travaux, stationnement difficile dans la rue. Personnel très à cheval sur le fait de ne pas fumer dans l'hôtel même envers un non fumeur ( caution de 50 € en cash à l'arrivée ). Salle de bain en état moyen, climatisation odorante, vue de la chambre, peu de chaînes sur la TV.
