Rodeway Inn Middletown - Newport

It was clean and a convenient location. It was a better price and value than other hotels in the area - especially since we spent so little time there.

The front desk is only open until 10pm which seemed early for a weekend night. Although the hotel had been remodeled, it was an odd setup where you had to go outside to get to the lobby and breakfast area.

The floor on our room weren’t sturdy when we walked, and the room had musty air.

El parquing bueno, la atencion del recepcionista muy simpatico y amable.

El desayuno, colchon muy deformado, ruido del piso de arriba, instalaciones sin mantenimiento, nevera muy ruidosa que no se podia dormir, etc

Location and service.

Staff was very welcoming, allowed us to check in early. Extremely clean facility, located very close to wharf, a great value, would definitely recommend.

Location was acceptable.

Had to repeatably / nightly, ask the front desk to lower the heat. Nothing seemed to be better 4 consecutive days. So hot I woke up in a sweat, had to sit by a opened door. Got very little sleep. No thermostat in room. Only Central control. No desk call pickup after midnight.. No comfortable furniture in room , just an okay bed and a cheap desk ?chair..

Clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, absolutely wonderful staff...all of them, value. I got much more than I e petted for the price.
