I felt extremely cheated. The photos don't match. I thought it was a hotel, but it wasn't. I opted for a non-smoking room, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The room smelled awful, dirty, the bed linens were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, a horror. I was with my two children; that's no place for children. The floor was dirty and greasy, a disgrace. How do you at Booking.com partner with a place like that? A dump! I felt cheated and ripped off. If there was breakfast, I can't say because I would never eat there!

No anúncio diz ter café da manhã incluso, mas chegando lá não tinha e o rapaz da recepção não teve nenhum tipo de constrangimento de dizer que já tem 2 meses que não servem mais e não atualizam o app, pedi um quarto para não fumantes e ele não quis trocar, encontramos um lanche do Mac dentro do microondas de outros clientes, o lanche já estava velho lá dentro e não usamos o microondas.
