The staff member charged my card, after I provided her with a different card and she used that. When checking out I spoke with the manager and I advised me he would cancel the charge on my card and I have yet to see a reversal. Had to call my bank!!

"enjoyed the stay with no problems"

Bed was comfortable Plenty of chairs and tables to use coffee was good shower was good Towels were good and numerous staff was friendly and helpful TV was easy to use Network was available

Maybe a better breakfast but no complaints.

Bueno en mi habitacion el aire estaba tumbando mas minutos que los que estaba encendido y en realidad estaba calurosa la habitación y en el desayuno creo que pueden mejorar
