Since I don't drive, it was nice to have a good selection of restaurants within walking distance, and,, the staff was very friendly and helpful

At 2:00 AM, someone at the hotel locked themselves out of their room. For two hours, they banged on the door trying to wake up whoever was inside, and the hotel staff failed to assist them. For two straight hours, there was loud banging and yelling, making it impossible to sleep. This woke up both me and my son, and our entire night was ruined.
