There was really nothing that me or my spouse liked or enjoyed about it. There was no breakfast although advertised. Even the non smoking rooms smelled of smoke and staff threatened to give us a smoking room even though all rooms smelled of smoke. There were roaches in multiple different rooms, dirty bed linens in every room, actually found trash under duvet cover. Found used bars of soap and hair in showers in two separate rooms. Found a towel with blood on it. Trash such as McDonald’s wrappers in the floor around the bottom of beds.

Staff was extremely rude, even threatening at times. Booked a night and when I went to check in was told that they were wrapping up the night and that I could not use the reservation, but I could pay an extra $20 cash to check in, they changed the price multiple times even tried to haggle with me. The phone in every single room I stayed in didn’t work, it was even unplugged and put in a side table drawer a few times. The refrigerator in one of the rooms didn’t work. There was actually food on the walls! The bed linens were stained and smelled of stale sweat and cigarette smoke, not to mention when you slept in them it make your skin itch. When I tried to check in on two separate occasions I was given a room key to rooms that were already occupied, I was even directed to THREE separate occupied rooms on one occasion. There were multiple faulty/nonworking power outlets in multiple rooms. There was no hot water on more than one occasion for the entire stay. Breakfast was advertised to be included in the room price and there was NEVER breakfast offered. There were multiple occasions where a double room with one bed was booked and I was given a room with two beds, and on one occasion I booked a room with double beds and received a room in one double size bed and needed the second bed because there were three adults checking in and when I went back to the front desk I was told they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available even though that was what I had booked. There was mold in multiple places in one of the rooms I stayed in!!!!! The A/C filters were disgustingly filthy in every single room i stayed in, if they had them at all that is! In short, I think this location should be shut down immediately!!
