There was nothing positive about this experience.

The worst. The sheets were stained and dirty, room smelled of cigar smoke, the walls and ceiling were stained. Could hear others being loud. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Location felt unsafe, multiple people smoking Marijuana outside. We ended up not staying, it was so bad.

The employees met my needs and were very nice and helpful. They accommodated me in a timely manner

The floor was very dirty due to my socks where filthy I forgot my slippers. The air-conditioned in my room was not secured all the way you could actually pull it out. The fuels of a truck will enter my unit when he is running his truck. His truck was parked where the air-conditioned of my unit was at I had to place a towel over the opening and place and my traveling bags on top to cover up the huge opening to prevent a widespread smell. It worked, and I placed a towel at the threshold front door due to crack opening cracks to cover up the fuel smell. It made a huge difference. That is a Hazardous that needs to be looked at. I did contact the office a worker I'm not sure what he did ... but it did not work

I had to change two rooms had to sit in lobby for hour wen first arrived stay in the room uncomfortable for one night till one room with available the next morning and that room wouldn't up to par but I took it cuz I was in that position so it's been terrible but now I'm going to try another one

I ask could u change my linen and I was told no wait till tomorrow and he still didn't change it better service cleaner places a lot of detail cleaning in the bathrooms like mildew all around the tubs and stuff like that it is crazy I went about me some bleach and had to clean my own bathroom to a little satisfaction plus this food left in microwave had the room thank you and I couldn't even I had to stay in it all night I feel like I'm old a credit
