Had roaches lock on my door was broken so never received a key card was given the run around it had roaches!!!!!!!!! Room 244 please for the love of god don’t book here

Beds were comfy.

Our room was not cleaned. We had to leave and come back for them to clean it.

Dirty,smelled horrible, there were people everywhere, and not the kind you hang out with. Room looked like something out of a horror film or from a 3rd world country. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person. Ice would have a hay day here though

Had to wait 49 mins for someone to come to the front desk People outside like it was a hotel club I had kids I did not feel safe at all The room was nastily gross dog hair and dirt EVERYWHERE the blankets was yellow with black dirt marks mixed with ashes and burn spots all over I was scared to pull the top blanket back the bathroom was filthy duck tap around the toilet seat WE JUST LEFT🤬😡

I didn’t like EVERYTHING THE DRUBK PEOPLE HANGING OUT PEOPLE WITH BUSTED EYES FACE ALL MESSED UP PEOPLE HIGH ON WHO KNOWS WHAT DRUG JUS VERY NASTY UNPLEASANT ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILIES

Rooms were old trash cans outside were full at several locations. 1st room we had the ac/ heater did not work. We changed rooms, 2nd room had no trash can, plastic cups and ice bucket. Building could really use some TLC on both the inside and out.
