"Sanctuary "

They were there for me when no one else was. I am deeply appreciative for this place right now. They offered me an affordable rate and this establishment can keep me safe as well which i am grateful for, because that is what is important to me most right now. Thank you.

Pleasee do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here! Had to go buy sheets, pillows and cleaning products. So what seemed like a pretty affordable room ended up costing at least double that.

"The rankings are misleading so be warned"

Staff nice

Non smoking room but guys were chain smoking outside our door entire time. Room was basically smoking room cause of that. Roach upon entry. Beds not very comfortable. Super sketchy activity in parking lot and amongst guests staying there. I have just crossed 23’states and stayed in many cheaper hotels. I rarely write reviews but this place does not deserve the ranking it has. It’s very misleading. The WiFi goes out every 5-10 min for a couple minutes. I do not recommend this hotel.

The spa was not working, the continental breakfast was cereal or toast, the wall paper in the bathroom needs repairing and the place needs repairing inside and outside. The phone to call the office was not in working order. The TV did not work, and the staff had to come in the room and took about 15 minutes before it started working. The staff member was very nice.

The staff was friendly

No ac, it was 90 degrees F outside and even hotter in the room, people selling drugs all over the parking lot, couldn’t even park in handicap due to a woman yelling at me because she wanted to park there and I was standing in the parking spot waiting on my hubby to pull in and she wiped in the get the space so she could buy “stuff” from a hotel guest.

The price seemed good and this place use to be decent and clean.

All the people walking around, grills on the side of the driveways, people sitting there with their doors open, people looking at cars. The lot was dirty. The pool was closed. Tenants were dirty.
