The mattress was squeaky and very uncomfortable, while the non-smoking room wreaked of cigarette smoke. When I complained, the man at the desk said that the smoke drifted in from outside the room.

The attendant at the counter is very very rude. He doesn’t want to do HIS job whatsoever. The customer service is what brings the stars down dramatically. Everything was pretty much cool except for the tub in the bathroom and the fact I paid for a non smoking room and got a room with an ashtray and ut smelled like someone literally just got done smoking in the room. I would’ve chalked it all up but, the customer service alone made it a bad stay for me

I booked a studio, which I supposed to contain a kitchenette. All it had was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and single cup coffee maker. Which all come with a regular room

It was an average motel. Despite us having a dog, they put us on the second floor. The staff was kind of rude and more interested in the conversation they were having with each other than with getting us checked in. Wasn’t a welcoming experience. Might have been a later than normal check in, but they could have at least been kind about it. By contrast the morning person was delightful.

I didnt like it it was horrible

After paying for the room online and doing the booking they charged another 50 dollars when getting there bath tub had poop stains in it toilet paper had stains on it it was really dirty
