Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa/Raymond James Stadium

DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was disgusting and not fit to be occupied by anyone. The bed was broken, you sat down and you could feel the coils and the bed bent and sunk at the frame. Only one light worked and it flickered and the shade was broken and cracked. All the ceiling lights did not work and were missing all the casings that go around the light fixtures. The a/c sounded like a wounded, EXTREMELY loud freight train. The refrigerator did not work, and my daughter had meds that needed to stay cold. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall and wires were hanging. The bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and had a hole in the door. There was black mold and bugs. There was probably more, but we did not stay to find out. We left immediately and asked for a refund. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and they would only refund the next 2 nights. Not the night of check in. They said it was too late to refund the first night. But it was uninhabitable! So I have a claim started with Wyndham for a refund for the first night.

Nit much. After looking at 3 rooms, we finally got one that was acceptable.

Run down, dirty smelly rooms. Terrible front desk person, no service unless demanded and then unfriendly

Is dirty and old anda really smelling terrible I had to cancel my reservation, and they didn't refund my money.

They didn’t have breakfast like they advertised, the pool was dirty, the bathroom were fixed poorly, the shower had no water pressure, the lamps were loose, only few of the electrics outlets were working. The TV has no signal, the beds were uncomfortable and make a squeaky noise. I ask for towels and they said they didn’t have any. They never came to clean the room.
