They need new maids the hotel staff is great they are all friendly and go out if their way for you but the rooms are not clean AT ALL! THEY NEED NEW MAIDS!!! The maids never asked us if we needed new rowels we had to ask and being them to them to get new ones the fridge had rhe same ice bag we had in it since the last time we were there and rhat was a momth ago (we like to stay in the same room ) HIRE NEW MAIDS RHAT ACTUALLY CLEAN AND MAKE IT CLEAN FOR PEOPLE TO STAY THERE .. BUT WE LIVE THE OWNER AND STAFF THEY ARE DOING UPGRASES ALL THE ROOMS ARE BEING REMODELED LOOKS GREAT BUT IF THEY KEEP THE SAME MAIDS RHE SAME RHINGS GOING TO HAPPEN DIRT AND NASTY ALL THE MADES DO IS TAKE OUT TRASH PLACE NEW TOWELS CUPS SOAP AND MAKE THE BED IM NOT SURE IF THEY CHANGE SHEETS we bring blankets pillows and spray with disinfectant spray by lysol other than bad maids they are a great place to stay beds are very comfortable 😀

Could have been way cleaner no remore for tv they need new maids the room had stuff in fridge (NASTY) AND A BUNCH OF KIDS TOUS IN THE DRESSER DIETY NASTY TOYS! THE LIGHT IN BATHROOM DIDNT WORK EITHER ONLY 2 PILLOWS ON KING BED DIRTY SHOWER

Ordered my room online the pictures showed nice remodelled rooms. When we got there it was far from nice or remodelled the rooms smelled like cat urine floors were sticky beds were dirty walls were filthy. Switched out our first room to a room that was slightly better but still pretty bad and because I paid online in advance there was no switching or refund.
