Mantra on Queen

Booked a 2 bedroom room. When checking in, the second bedroom was locked and I was told “we may be able to unlock the second bedroom but if not we will put a roll out bed in the lounge area”. I expressed concerns regarding this as I had paid for a 2 bedroom room. I then left the room for the evening as I had plans for that night. Upon returning to the room late at night, the second bedroom was unlocked, and I thank the staff for that. However, a roll out bed was also in the room. Being so late, I thought nothing of it and went to bed. When checking out I was charged for the roll out bed and refused a refund. The hotel claimed that I requested the roll out bed. The hotel has refused to refund me for the cost they forced me to pay.

Central location.

Nil housekeeping. Second night tv did not work at all. Contacted reception, not disconnected but hung up 2 x.

Slow checking in and out due to computer system, ordered breakfast the next day and it was wrong after it was repeated back. No towels for the pool, had to ask for extra. The amount of money that was charged wasn't overly impressed with everything over all.
