"Good"

No conceierge or reception phone in room, no wifi, no Netflix. No one to bring my bass to room. No restaurant open. Had to pay for parking and was unable to cancel my reservation

Room we ok but it was a pain to book as they tried to Change the room config at the last minute and wouldn't refund or return my calls (they would just reply with 'we will try and find a solution when you arrive) The manager there wouldn't return any call's, Booking.com said they would send confirmations but it never happened. I had to make over 10 phone calls to get a room in the config that was advertised (two queen beds)..Overall to much hassle for what should have been a simple room booking

"Definitely more a serviced apartment for work rather than for a holiday/night away destination."

The reception staff were friendly and the room/apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was also fully self-contained - not that I needed any of these facilities for one night though.

The location was horrible, approx 20mins walk from the Queen Street Mall. I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere. There were no cafes/restaurants nearby, just a Subway, Small Woolworths and a Churro Van outside! Even the hotel had no restaurant or room service. I was told most people order in Uber Eats etc. At night being so near the Valley, it was very noisy and the curtains didn't stop all the streetlight flooding in. I didn't feel safe as a single woman traveller to venture out at night, plus the entrance is out of sight, tucked around a corner in an alley.
