"Disappointing not worth the money we paid"

Location

Breakfast was poor , no bread for toast, drinks machines did not work properly water was not hot enough to make a cup of tea cooked food was very poor and no variety the bacon was disgusting grey in colour and just a mount of fat, scrambled egg was industrial. Staff were unfriendly never said good morning, smiled and seemed to resent being asked for cutlery when there wasn't any. The bar !!!! a fridge behind the reception desk and no service after 10pm. No bar no lounge . This is not a 4 star hotel The room we were given overlooked the garden and carpark, the wardrobe was far too small not enough hanging room totally inadequate. The safe didn't work staff were informed but it was not fixable Reception staff were not friendly . Decor is modern and clean but the hotel as a whole offered no welcoming warmth

"Süß, tolle Lage, zu empfehlen"

Entzückendes kleines Hotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer, modernes Bad. Lage perfekt. Super Frühstück.

Da das Bad neu renoviert wurde, roch es schon stark nach Chemie. Das war etwas unangenehm.

La situation proche du centre ville

Chambre vétuste, à coté de l'ascenseur, mal insonorisée. Salle de bain très vétuste, mal agencée, avec une ventilation continue très bruyante.

Personnel très gentils et attentionnés. Situation géographique. Espace commun récent. Calme des lieux. Tout accessible à pied. Literie bien.

Vétusté de la chambre. Salle de bain a refaire. C'est supposé être un 4 étoiles mais ce n'est clairement pas le cas.
