Poor WiFi and internet connection. Unfortunately these days, if hotels don’t have any contingency to have connectivity promptly sorted, it ultimately leads to a poor experience. Blaming providers, just doesn’t lead to a great experience

Love the aesthetic and contemporary colors/art. Great central location.

Could do without the freestanding TV in the lobby. Definitely drops the aesthetic value down. And there’s another tv behind it in the restaurant. Also could use at least an info flyer in the room. Assuming that was to cut back waste but even a quick note of where the closest ice machine was, gym, etc.

Location was perfect for what we were doing in San Francisco, rooms were clean staff was wonderful.

Though it’s a going deal in San Francisco, parking is ridiculously high.
