Exceptional customer service, but not a 4-star hotel. Stayed for 5 days as a solo traveler on a business trip. PROS: Gorgeous hotel and beautifully decorated spacious rooms. The staff were so so so nice and helpful. I got a $20 per day on property food credit as well as one free coffee per day. + there were Nespresso machines in the room CONS: FOOD - No room service and no 24-hour food option. Honestly I thought to be 4-star those were mandatory but this is the 3rd time this year I’ve stayed at a 4-star Bonvoy that didn’t meet that standard. I ate on property 3 times. Dinner was amazing. The restaurant food was exceptional. Beautifully played and nice and fresh. Breakfast was so subpar. Ordered to go and it felt so off to pay $400 a night for a room to have to get my own food, eat it out of a cardboard box and have it be so mid. They literally threw salt and pepper packets on top of my food. Who knows where those have been so to see them sitting on my food grossed me out beyond measure. I also ordered a sandwich from the coffee shop that was very gross and absolutely not worth the $8 + price point for a stale English muffin and the thinnest piece of turkey sausage I’ve ver seen. Not even the $20 daily credit made this feel okay. WATER - No free water in rooms. Bottles were $8 a piece and there was no water refill station. DIRTY BATHROOM - Easily visible green and black mold. So unacceptable.

The beds were wonderful. Very clean, great shower. Wish we would have had a coffee machine in the room. It was an expresso. Also wish the restaurant had more variety of "regular" food like sandwiches. The public space was also very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful.

As always, the hotel was wonderful and our room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location for SF Giants games. We will stay there again.

The bathroom shower is starting to get a little moldy.
