Être surclassé par la direction, l' accueil , la qualité du personnel conciergerie ,réception ,restauration bar , personnel des chambres, tous courtois efficaces et discrets. Proximité directe à la plage , du casino Joa , des animations ( Chistera ,jeux basques , top à la vachette )et du centre commerçant et avec choix du mode de restauration.

L hotel envisage une rénovation du spa ce qui est une bonne idée même si malgré son ancienneté il est très bien.
