Please note only small pets are allowed. Please note that for group bookings of 6 bedrooms and more, specific cancelation and deposit policies apply. Booking have to include lunch and/or dinner at least once a day during the entire stay. The property will contact you directly to organize this. Access to the indoor heated sea water pool, steam room, sauna, salt grotto and fitness room are included with no extracharge, and no appointment needed. Please note that the property will be closed from the 26th of november 2023, until the 15th of december 2023. - Le check out a midi qui nous laisse le temps de profiter - Le cadre sublime - L'accueil - Le spa , avec ses nouveaux bassins et son decor splendide

- Suppression des jets massants qu'il y avait dans la piscine avant la renovation - Dérangement par les femmes de chambres a 22h pour nous donner 2 chocolats...

"Disappointment during the stay. Then it got worse."

If safety and trust are presumptions when you book a hotel room, think twice before choosing The Grand Hotel Spa & Thalasso. Our car sustained a very noticeable dent while in the care of the hotel’s valet. Bummer, but hardly the end of a vacation. What ruined it for us was the behavior of the hotel. They agreed to pay for the damage. Then, when I pressed them for payment, they repeatedly promised to send it. They wrote with the date that I would receive it. Then they wrote that it had been paid. I never received it. They stopped responding. I don’t trust them. That’s probably the nicest thing I can state about The Grand Hotel Spa & Thalasso.
