Loved the location, view to the canal and lively activities around the property. The concierge was fabulous!

The restaurant and bar staff were great, but clearly understaffed. Wait time for food and drinks was longer than desired.

Very old interiors, needs to be renovated. not cleaned properly we had dust and hairs in the tooms.
