We arrived at the hotel with very high expectations, especially considering the high price we paid for our stay. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the biggest disappointment we have ever experienced in accommodation abroad. First of all, the room was extremely old and looked nothing like the photos shown online. Shortly after checking in, we realized that the toilet flush was not working, meaning we could not even use the bathroom properly. When I went downstairs to inform the reception, we were told that no technician was available, so they moved us to another room. However, the second room they gave us was also problematic and clearly not in proper condition. For a hotel of this supposed standard, I honestly cannot understand how such issues can exist. On top of that, both rooms were extremely dirty. The photos I will upload were taken immediately after entering the room and clearly show the condition of the bedside table, the walls, and the broken toilet flush. The only positive part of our experience was a receptionist named Valentin, who tried to help us by offering complimentary breakfast because of all the inconvenience. However, the staff at checkout had apparently not been informed, and we were asked to pay for it anyway. After a very uncomfortable argument, the charge was finally removed. Overall, this experience was unacceptable for the amount of money we paid, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a room with a superb view. On the actual day of her birthday, they went above and beyond by sending champagne, chocolates, and a personalized greeting card from the hotel manager to our room. This is a high-class establishment that truly knows how to pamper its guests. Thank you for making our stay so special!
