die immer hilfsbereiten und sehr netten Menschen am Empfang

da kann das Hotel überhaupt nichts dazu; die Lage am Bahnhof ist nicht einfach, es ist draussen laut und eben Bahnhofsnah mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen;

Остались очень довольны пребыванием в этом отеле. Номер был чистым, уютным и хорошо оборудованным, уборка проводилась регулярно. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, каждый мог найти что-то по своему вкусу. Особенно понравилось удобное расположение отеля — рядом находятся основные достопримечательности, магазины и транспорт. Территория ухоженная, атмосфера спокойная и комфортная.
