Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No issues within the room.

Was told the room should have microwaves, although this did not effect my stay, there would be no microwaves (except in the common area. I would say this should be addressed soon. As well as the broken ice machine on the 3rd floor.

The room was big. Wifi was free and adequate.

Very noisy plumbing. The shower howled loudly (singing pipes) and with the this walls, I woke up when other guests used their bathrooms. The pillows were lumpy and should have been replaced. The included breakfast was the cheapest I have seen. Absolute bare minimums to call it breakfast and served in a drab breakfast room. Simply not worth going to.

Breakfast was typical grab and go. Food ok, just mostly continental breakfast. Room was typical 2 bed non-smoking and seemed clean. Shortest and smallest commode I have seen. Conveniently located.

I checked out yesterday morning and through yesterday and today have developed what can only be many bedbug bites. I called the facility and she agreed to a refund. The room was fairly nice, but public areas need upgrading inside and out. Our outdoor opening room only opened facing a metal wall. No view. Only 1 small elevator frequently used. I would not stay again.

The bathroom looked terrible, looked like the tub had been patched over a dozen times the front door was not completely sealed. You could see daylight through it. There was a cockroach in the room and all in all the room was a disgrace to Howard Johnson's
