The room was extremely dirty! The walls had mold and mysterious dirt. The surfaces of tables and chairs were stained and dirty. Moldy shower. The floor was dirty.

As soon we open the door room, cacrotches ware running on the floor, some on bed. Nasty smell in the room. Went straight to front desk,ask for Refund, explained why and they said I will have my money back, reservation was canceled. To check in with Booking in next 24 hours for refund $,so hopefully Booking does.

This place needs a laundry..what kind of motel doesn't have one?? Also the TV was out for 2 days and was still out when we left..and no one on the staff seemed to care..cable and wifi both were out..how is that?? Staff did not seem to care enough to even call about it..they really don't seem to care about anything but getting your money..also housekeeping is a joke..I had to go to office each day for 5 days to get towels and toilet paper..it could be nice with any kind of management

Due to time change, I was billed twice for same night and mgmt would not refund the error.
USI didn't like any part of the brief stay!! Huge mistake. The pictures they show for tis location are definitely NOT CORRECT! THE FLOORS ARE CONCRETE AND THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY NASTY AND THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE! THIS IS ME BEING NICE.
