Easy check in was very quiet at night great location

Only thing i could say there isn't anywhere to sit outside when the sun's out that would help i think make staying even better

Location and comfortable room and bed

DIRTY water it was literally brown coming out of the faucet. Even after waiting five minutes the water was still yellow. Staff told me to run it 5 more minutes. The phone was also out of order.

Looked good but staff was hard to find. Only one person there arnd doing the job of Many

Had a choice of two different rooms because they smelled so badly of mold and mildew. There were no other choices and had to leave so we did not stay and I had paid extra for free cancellation so I expect that that is the way it was handled. The gentleman there did not know how to do that and said that you people had to do it at Booking.com.

the desk clerk is excetional

Hotels are over charging and providing very little service. This is the reason so many now use other lodging systems.

There are hotels that are more accommodating in close proximity. The Fairfield Inn and Suites at Alcoa is an EXCELLENT choice. Go there instead of staying at this Best Westernas it does not meet there usual quality.
